Minimum Qualification

​​​

  • You should be MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing with 2-4 years of experience.

  • You are passionate about improving and creating repeatable processes that scale and improve over time.

  • You are an excellent communicator with exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.

  • You have generated revenue through various online/offline sales, advertising and marketing activities.

  • You have a track record of success and quota achievement in sales, marketing or staffing.

Preferred Qualification

  • You are strategic with a creative mindset. You are both competitive and collaborative.

  • You have strong empathy for customers

  • You have experience in both domestic and international markets.

  • You have previous demonstrated SaaS services or sales leadership role experience.

  • You have experience in forecasting and managing a team pipeline.

  • You have some understanding of the ed-tech market, and knowledge of products related to schools, daycare and after school.

  • You are able to thrive in fast paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

​​​

  • Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing process, strategy, and reporting.

  • Recruit and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and create a culture of continued success and goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training.

  • You can lead customer interactions, present the business model to customers, convincing them of services and revenue sharing.

  • Manage pipeline, accurately forecast deals, train and coach business development reps.

  • Enhance the customer experience by working with service systems and processes.

  • Manage the daily questions and issues related to customer service that sales and renewal teams have escalated.

  • Own personal quota of top 100 customers.
