Minimum Qualification

You should be MBA/PGDM in sales and marketing with 2-4 years of experience.

You are passionate about improving and creating repeatable processes that scale and improve over time.

You are an excellent communicator with exceptional listening, oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.

You have generated revenue through various online/offline sales, advertising and marketing activities.
-
You have a track record of success and quota achievement in sales, marketing or staffing.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing process, strategy, and reporting.
-
Recruit and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives and create a culture of continued success and goal achievement through talent management, coaching and training.

You can lead customer interactions, present the business model to customers, convincing them of services and revenue sharing.

Manage pipeline, accurately forecast deals, train and coach business development reps.
-
Enhance the customer experience by working with service systems and processes.
-
Manage the daily questions and issues related to customer service that sales and renewal teams have escalated.
-
Own personal quota of top 100 customers.
